Trinity Management Partners

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. Introduction

Trinity Management Partners LLC ("Trinity", "we", "us") provides fractional CFO advisory services to middle-market businesses. KRM Advisory LLC ("KRM") owns, operates, licenses, and/or supports the portal technology used to make the Trinity CFO Portal available. This Privacy Policy describes how financial and personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected in connection with those services and the Portal, including authorized QuickBooks Online data where that integration is enabled.

KRM acts as a technology provider only and may access Portal information only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, support, or protect the Portal technology.

2. Information We Collect

Where you explicitly authorize a QuickBooks Online connection, our current planned OAuth 2.0 workflow is limited to retrieving the following report data for the connected company:

  • Profit & Loss reports
  • Balance Sheet reports
  • Aggregated account lines, reporting periods, accounting basis, and currency metadata contained in those reports

We also collect contact details (name, email, phone) provided directly by client representatives.

3. How Data Is Stored

All client financial data is stored encrypted at rest in our secure cloud backend, transmitted over HTTPS-only channels, and segregated by client engagement. Access is restricted to authorized Trinity personnel.

4. How Data Is Used

Financial information is used exclusively to deliver CFO advisory services to the engaging client, including monthly health reporting, covenant monitoring, ratio analysis, and strategic recommendations. We do not sell, rent, or share client data with third parties for marketing purposes.

KRM does not provide CFO advisory services through the Portal and does not use client financial information for unrelated third-party marketing.

5. QuickBooks Online Integration

Where the QuickBooks integration is enabled, it uses OAuth 2.0 authorization. Trinity's current report-retrieval workflow does not create, edit, or delete records in QuickBooks Online. You may revoke Trinity's QuickBooks access at any time by visiting the Intuit Account Manager. Upon revocation, we will retain historical extracts solely for engagement record-keeping and will not access new QuickBooks data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not share client data with third parties except (a) at the client's written direction, (b) with KRM and subprocessors strictly necessary to operate, secure, and support the platform (cloud hosting, encrypted backups, security services), or (c) as required by law.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export (portability), and request deletion of your data. Contact privacy@trinity-cfo.com to exercise these rights.

8. Retention

We retain client data for the duration of the engagement and for seven years thereafter to comply with applicable record-keeping obligations, unless deletion is requested.

9. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
